While we don’t have specific payments terms for all project, we clearly state the payments’ terms within project’s specific quotation. 

Anyway, we make sure payments are proportional with deliverables to support each parties cash flow; Which means that you don’t have to put too much in advance before seeing some output from us.

We use both AGILE and Waterfall practices depending on project.

Most clients want a fixed-price quotation.Budget wise it makes sense, to plan for or sign-off with purchasing so we follow Waterfall approach to deliver the first version of project.

Waterfall approach means that a project plan is defined before the project begins and as project begins all defined plans fall into place.

It’s less flexible than agile approach, which allows big sweeping changes depending on project requirements, but you know exactly what you’re getting, when and what it will cost.

While with AGILE approach you identify approximate project roadmap you don’t define all upfront. Instead, you work in cycles called a Sprint. At each cycle, you agree the deliverables will be completed in that cycle, and define is success measures.

AGILE approach is generally more flexible than a waterfall approach as it allows drastic project changes according to business needs but it doesn’t provide future prediction that waterfall provides.

There’s noway to answer to this question, as google and other search engines change their search algorithm all the time. However, we always follow search engines’ latest updates to put our clients on first page for their main keywords, yet it can happen within 2-3 days and may take 2–3 months. It totally depends on Google.

All our websites are SEO ready and speed optimized as a standard procedure. However, SEO and website speed optimization are a running progress, so we recommend subscription to one of our monthly SEO plans depending on your website size.
